USS Patagonia comprises two campuses: the modern Puerto Montt Campus, an architectural icon in the area, and the Osorno Campus, located in the city of Osorno, approximately 100 kilometers north of Puerto Montt.
Located in the Pichi Pelluco sector, our Puerto Montt Campus offers stunning views of the city and bay. It strives to be an educational landmark in the region, recognized for its academic excellence and social commitment. The campus serves 5,400 undergraduate students across various schools, including Architecture, Law, Health Sciences, Business Administration, and more.
The campus features state-of-the-art facilities, including multipurpose classrooms, a library, a restaurant, a university dental clinic, a veterinary clinical hospital, a Wildlife Rehabilitation Center (CEREFAS), the largest Aula Magna in southern Chile, and a new Applied Biotechnology Laboratory. It also houses the Patagonia Heritage Archive, dedicated to cultural preservation and research.
Faculty and students engage in community activities, including charity work, solidarity projects, the University Tunas Contest, and various sports and health events.

The Osorno Campus is strategically located across from the city’s main health center, the Osorno Base Hospital, in the central part of the city. This campus plays a vital role in both training and community service.
Though smaller in size, it features multipurpose classrooms dedicated to postgraduate students, currently accommodates around 170 students. The campus also includes three university clinics—physical therapy, legal, and psychological—which provide essential services to the community. Additionally, it houses a library and various student service offices, including the Academic Registry, the Directorate of Student Affairs, and the Finance Office.
